Due to high demand, shipping could take from 1-4 weeks.

We use local and international suppliers which may affect shipping times slightly depending on the product.

We dislike shipping costs which is why we set a low standard rate across our products. This is affected only by your territory! In order to offer you the best, low prices our shipping costs are constantly being optimized to bring you the best deals. As such they may change on occasion.

 

I have received the wrong product

Please use our Contact page and we will be happy to rectify any issues you might have.

 

I have an issue with my product

Feel free to contact us within the first 30 days of receiving your product and we will do our best to help you.

We offer refunds on unopened/unused items if they are in their original condition. Please note you will need to ship these items back to us for inspection for a full refund on what you paid.

 

I have been using my product but now there is an issue

At any time in the first 30 days, you can contact us regarding used products. We will work with you as best we can to come to a conclusion.

In some cases we may ask you to ship the product back and we may be able to offer you a partial refund on a case-by-case basis, depending on the product and condition.
